Support the ANMF's Count the Babies Campaign
Did you know that, under the current staffing model in Tasmanian hospitals, newborns are not counted as patients? This oversight puts midwives, new mums, and their babies at risk every day. The ANMF’s 'Count the Babies' campaign is raising awareness and calling on the Tasmanian Government to urgently change this policy and include newborns in staffing ratios. This change is critical to ensure safe, sustainable care for every new family. We need your voice to help push for this vital reform! Let the Government know that every baby counts by joining us in demanding safe staffing ratios. Visit our website or social media to learn more, and together, let's fix this broken system!
