Baptcare Karingal

Following the ANMF application to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for protected Industrial Action (IA), Baptcare put the Enterprise Agreement (EA) to staff to vote on. This was voted down by majority of staff. The ANMF IA commenced on Tuesday 10 December 2024, members are encouraged to wear a yellow or orange top/shirt. Campaign material will be available from Union Representatives. Baptcare has also moved to limit the number of visits ANMF officials can make to the facility so if you have any questions about the IAs that are planned, please contact your Workplace Delegate or Union Representative, or email ANMF Organiser Nicki Hood at nicki.hood@anmftas.org.au.
